UREC updated fitness class schedule

University Recreation has an updated class schedule for the 2022 winter semester.

UREC is now offering Zumba and STRONG by Zumba on Monday nights. STRONG by Zumba differs from a traditional Zumba class by adding choreographed strength exercises, interval training and core work.

Both classes begin Mondays at 5:30 p.m. at the Student Fitness Center on the McNichols Campus.
