Antoine Davis wins College Men’s Three-Point Championship

The 3-point king is now a 3-point champion.

Antoine Davis, the NCAA’s all-time leader in made 3-pointers (588), added another crown to his ledger Thursday, March 30 after he topped the eight-player field to win the TaxAct Men’s College Three-Point Championship. The event was held at the 2023 Final Four, which is in Houston, Texas. The competition was televised nationally on ESPN2.

Davis, who barely missed a shot in round one, racking up 25 points, made all six shots in the closing rack of the championship round to win 18-16 over Missouri’s D’Moi Hodge.

Davis, who just recently wrapped up his collegiate basketball career, also added to a legacy of Titans winning at the annual college all-star competition as Doug Anderson captured the slam dunk contest in 2013 and women’s basketball’s Brigid Mulroy won the 2009 three-point showdown.
