PA students collecting donations in partnership with NOAH Project

Didactic Physician Assistant students at Detroit Mercy have been participating in service learning this semester with The NOAH Project (Networking, Organizing, and Advocating for the Homeless) in Detroit.

Students are collecting donations of needed items and raising funds to provide a hot lunch for clients.

The NOAH Project strives to end homelessness in Detroit through creating partnerships and a sense of community. In addition to hot lunches, other services provided include a street outreach program, health clinic, one-on-one case management, support groups, mailing address, barbershop, bike program and hygiene kits.

Donations are being collected through Friday April 7 and can be dropped off in the collection bin located in the College of Health Professions Student Lounge. Monetary donations are also accepted through the William Beaumont Society (PA student organization): @William-Beaumont-1. Please mention NOAH in your Venmo payment.
