UREC Fitness Classes and Training
University Recreation offers free fitness classes to all Detroit Mercy students and employees. Personal training is also available at the Student Fitness Center. To virtually attend this week’s fitness classes, visit the following lobbies:

- Butts & Guts – March 10
- HIIT – March 11
- Virtual Yoga – March 15
