The Institute for Leadership and Service (The Institute) is seeking bold and creative ways to use the great resources of the University of Detroit Mercy to serve our community.

- Students from a Political Class support for an agency that helps people facing eviction
- Student from a Business Writing class create Canva templates to help a non-profit enhance their social media presence, and many others.
- Students from a Nursing course provided people facing homelessness with a health resources list
- Law students provided youth in a foster care facility info about their legal rights
