McDonald’s piece, “Wonder Isn’t Just About Asking Questions, it’s Also About Hearing Them,” is one of three responses to a keynote article by John Carroll University professor and poet Philip Metres titled “Let Us Be Attentive! How Wondering Leads to Justice-Seeking.”

“Embracing a spirit of wonder and questioning acknowledges that we do not know everything, cannot solve everything, and that it takes a spirit of solidarity to bring about the “kin-dom” of God among us,” McDonald writes. You can read the entire package of stories and more here.

Conversations is published under the auspices of the Association of Jesuit Colleges and Universities (AJCU) and the Seminar on Jesuit Higher Education. It is edited by Detroit Mercy Director of Communications Ron Bernas.
